Happy Heavenly Birthday

Dear Tommy, happy birthday 🎂 I am so very lucky to be your mom and to have had the opportunity to have you in my life. You brought joy wherever you went and were so very willing to put yourself out there, to make people feel loved ❤️ and heard. I miss you every moment of every day but feel confident that you are still with me and watching over all of us. You definitely pushed every limit and lived large. I am thankful that you had so many wonderful experiences in your 18 years here on earth. You had family who you loved deeply and who loved you so very much. You had created strong friendships and experienced lots of love. You traveled and you dared to live life the way you wanted. I am determined that we will be on the path of helping others through your story together. I miss you with everything in me just as I love you with everything in me. 19 years ago this beautiful child came into my life and changed it forever. He and his brother were my sole focus and priority for the last 21 years and they truly hold my heart. Today was long, as I expected it to be. I stayed busy, but the moments when I was alone were the hardest. I’ll be glad when tomorrow comes, but it’s been amazingly beautiful to get messages from so many people and I can’t even voice how much sharing memories and photos has meant to me. As a mom, the best part of my day was knowing that Tommy is remembered and loved by so many. 🤍 #tsalforever
